This is the Visitor’s Center and common area for the settlement off Hwy. 64 in northern New Mexico. The houses are off the grid and built primarily of recyled goods old tires, can, bottles, etc.
Returning late in the day to El Vado Lake State Park we encountered storm clouds and rainbows.
